1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
- The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of the journey.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, government taxes, and airline/hotel policy.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the following:
- 30+ days before departure: Minimum service charges
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of package cost (No refund)
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after deduction of cancellation charges.
3. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Passports, visas, travel insurance, and other required documents are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
- Raghini Travel Agency is not responsible for denial of visas, flight delays, cancellations, or any immigration-related issues.
4. Itinerary & Services
- The company reserves the right to amend itineraries due to weather conditions, political issues, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Services such as hotels, flights, and transport are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives may be provided if the original option is unavailable.
5. Liability & Limitations
- Raghini Travel Agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
- We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accidents, delays, or irregularities beyond our control.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the trip.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
7. Force Majeure
- The company shall not be held responsible for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
